This a new publishing format for us – we’re now a Turtl Partner and have used the Turtl platform to put together this newsletter. We’re still learning how best to use it but think you’ll enjoy it – please let us know your feedback if you have the time.
Quite a bit of our content this quarter focuses on employee engagement; understanding and improving the employee experience through a focus on brand purpose, vision and values.
This complex area is something we work closely with many of our clients on – we’re helping them to connect their people with their purpose, and our Commercial Director Erin has put together a piece that outlines our approach.
We have a new Building Better Insights research report all about Employee Experience launching very soon, so there are a few sneak-peeks from the data in here. You can pop your email on our list if you’d like to receive that report when we publish it.
We’ve also given a quick overview of some of the assignments our studio has been working on recently, just to show the range of client challenges we help to solve.
Our team is growing in size and capability, and we're excited that there are some new faces that are allowing us to further up our game and help our clients in what are increasingly challenging times.
